This Elsa White dress has a full circle skirt with a pretty sparkle overlay. The full circle skirt allows the dress to be perfect for twirling around. The sparkle fabric is a soft and smooth foil print, so it is comfortable to wear and not itchy. This dress has warm knit sleeves for comfort and an elastic neckline. This Elsa white dress has a waist tie for a fit that is comfortable to wear as well as cute. The Elsa white dress has a flowing double cape that is sewn onto the dress.
