📦 Domestic shipping (US) typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS once your gown is complete.

🚚 International Express options available (3–5 business days) depending on location.

⏳ Our gowns are made to order and typically take 6–10 weeks for production. We recommend ordering 4–6 months in advance whenever possible.

📐 Sizing

We offer free custom sizing for every gown. Just send us your measurements using our guide, and we’ll create a gown made to fit your body.

We’re proud to offer Custom Plus Size at no extra cost. Just choose “Custom Plus Size” when selecting your size. Every gown is handmade to your measurements—because every bride deserves a perfect fit.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

✨ Returns: Standard-size gowns can be returned with a 30% restocking fee. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and ship the gown back the next business day.

🔄 Exchanges: One free exchange per bride under the same return timeline. New production may take up to 3 months.

❌ Cancellations: Not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our gowns. Try-on orders are also final sale.
