This beautiful dress is a perfect blend of our soft, stretchy velvet and tulle. The top is made of black velvet with a golden pattern print and adorned with contrasting turquoise long sleeves. The waistband is made of glittery gold elastic band to add to its charm. The full tulle skirt is in a sparkly blue color for a dramatic effect and is lined with a cotton underskirt for comfort.
