We offer both virtual and in-person consultations! And customers may need to schedule an appointment for either virtual or in-person consultation.

- During the consultation, we will have in-depth discussion about the dress design, fabric choices and color, provide final cost and also put you through on how to take your body measurements.

- The duration of the consultations may vary depending on the complexity of the measurements needed and the extent of the customer's questions or concerns.

- Measurements: please wear fitted clothing and have a measuring tape in hand on the day of virtual consultation. During our virtual consultations, we ensuring the accuracy of your measurements by providing clear instructions and demonstration to assist our customers in this process. For in-person consultation: No need to have a measuring tape and your body measurements will be taken by Lyla herself at our studio.

- There is a fees associated with the consultations. These fees is not included as part of a purchase. Once you’ve decided on the fabric of your choice, we will place the order of your fabric. Please note that once the order has been placed, you cannot change the fabric or cancel your order.

- Our policies regarding cancellation and rescheduling of consultations. Customers may need to provide advance notice if they need to change or cancel their appointment.

- Payment/price: (all material included)! At least 50% of the price is to be deposited at the end of the consultation to secure your slot. Please note that any payment made to Lyla Couture are non-refundable. 

- After you book your consultation please follow the directions on the confirmation email and complete the “CUSTOM INQUIRY” Form (it is very important to complete this form). The link is provided in the booking confirmation email.

- A reminder message and email will be sent out you a day before your consultation to confirm if you would prefer a virtual or an in-person consultation.
