Zinnia offers a beautiful puff sleeve with shirring just above the hemline in three lengths: short, elbow and long.   The romper is drafted up to size 4 and offers a snap crotch placket for easy changes. The dress includes several skirt options: a simple skirt, exposed ruffle skirt or tiered skirt.
