New ToneCandy True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal I want to make it clear that this is NOT a guitar pedal and NOT a distortion pedal. True Blue was designed to enhance high impedence harmonica microphones. After hearing many blues bands with harp players, I found that getting good harmonica tone without the right amplifier is difficult. The 1959 Fender tweed 4X10 Bassman was always the standard for producing "that tone". Many harmonica players want to get good tone with newer and smaller amplifiers but many of these amps lack the depth. The ToneCandy True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal can give you the depth needed to achieve great tone. It produces a deep rich tone at any volume.The Bass and Mid controls can be dialed in to fit your style of playing. These controls are set at just the right frequencies to help control your desired tone. When the bass and mid controls are set lower, it has a cleaner sound. When the bass and mid controls are turned up the pedal can be used as a boost with a little edge. The volume control is a master that does not change the tone. The pedal also helps control feedback. This is not an anti feedback pedal but it really helps playing at higher volume.
Each pedal is made in the USA and hand soldered with pre-tested top quality components for long lasting durability. No machines are used in the assembly process and every step of construction is inspected thoroughly. |

ToneCandy True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal With Bill Noteman True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal boosting a 1970 Fender Silverface Champ using a Blows Me Away Bulletini mic. The Bulletini already has great tone but Bill wanted to push his Champ even more. I visited my friend Bill Noteman in Santa Rosa California who is a great Harmonica player and a great guy. We made these videos in his livingroom using 2 microphones with no effects to get a true sound. |

True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal With a Clean Amplifier This sound sample has three 15 second parts. The pedal is set to a higher gain with a clean amp with the master volume only on about 1/3 up. I used a Deluxe reverb that is only on volume 2 with bass and treble at 4. Also, there is a 10 inch speaker installed for better harp tone. I wanted to show how the pedal can get some edge with the amp at lower volume. You can also use it through a clean PA system and get great tone. If the Bass and Mid controls are set lower, you can get a cleaner tone. The True Blue Harmonica Magic Pedal is hand soldered and made in the USA using top quality parts like all ToneCandy pedals. |
The pedal controls are set with volume at 10AM. Bass and Mid at 2PM. 1 - First Part is with the pedal off with an Astatic JT30 mic. 2 - Second Part is with the pedal on with an Astatic JT30 mic. 3 - Third Part is with a hotter chopped Astatic 200 mic with a Shure white CM element. |

True Blue Tone Test The pedal circuit is a 5 stage class A analog preamp using discrete components. There are no digital components in this circuit. We use top quality FET transistors, capacitors and resistors to shape the tone for each preamp stage. It is all hand wired and hand soldered made in the USA. |

Mixed Results
These strips fit comfortably and don’t slide around, which I appreciated. They are gentle on my gums and enamel, and I noticed a slight improvement in brightness after consistent use. That said, they aren’t as strong as some other whitening strips on the market, so if you’re looking for dramatic results you may be underwhelmed. Good for subtle whitening.

Does work well for removing minor stains
This product is probably best for removing minor staining - things like coffee, tea, red wine. I don't think it would work for longer-term stains that accumulate with age - the strips are not powerful enough for that.
Very easy to use: just apply and leave on for half an hour or until you can feel that they are no longer well-attached. The "cleaning" process starts immediately - you can see the bubbles form. I am a tea drinker, and I notice immediate effect after putting these on. Don't expect miracles, but they will help with fresh stains for sure.
For me, they do not increase the sensitivity, but my teeth are generally not sensitive. But they are peroxide based, so the possibility is always there that it could have that side effect.

Actually Works! Noticeable Results Quickly
THESE WORK GREAT! I’m a smoker and occasional coffee drinker, and these strips got my teeth from a 12 to a 9 in just a week—I actually noticed results right away. I don’t use them every day, but even with sporadic use, the difference is clear.
A couple of downsides: a few strips didn’t stick perfectly, but most stayed in place well.
The upsides: I have very sensitive teeth (I can’t even drink ice-cold water easily), and even when I left the strips on longer than recommended, I had very little to no sensitivity. Another bonus is that they’re stretchy! I’ve tried other well-known brands, and their strips had no stretch and often left my back teeth exposed.
Overall, these are effective, comfortable, and easy to use—I definitely recommend them!

Finally, whitening strips that work for me
I normally have not been able to use whitening strips due my teeth and gums being sensitive, but that hasn't been a problem with these pleasant-tasting strips. They really stick well on the teeth, takes a little effort to get them off in fact but that's not a complaint. Of course the main thing is that they whiten the teeth and while my teeth are probably a little harder to whiten due to my copious use of coffee and tea I can say that these have definitely whitened my teeth a couple shades since using them. Would definitely use again.

Before & After: Brighter, Whiter Smile in 14 Days
I used these consistently for the full 2-week treatment, and I’m really impressed with the results! As you can see in my before-and-after photo, the difference is very noticeable. The strips were easy to apply and remove, and I typically left them on for 30 minutes each night before rinsing -- they stayed securely in place the whole time and didn’t leave behind any sticky residue, which made them even more comfortable to use.
I have somewhat sensitive teeth, and while I experienced a little extra sensitivity on just a couple of days, it wasn’t too bad and went away quickly. A few days after finishing the kit, I haven’t had any lasting sensitivity issues—and my teeth are still looking just as white. I also really liked the refreshing mint flavor, which made the process feel clean and pleasant. Overall, this kit is a great choice if you want an effective whitening option that’s enamel-safe and easy to use. I’d definitely recommend it for tackling coffee, wine, or tobacco stains.
